Rakos is a family company founded in 2002. As a civil partnership, it has been operating since 2016. The foundation of the company is - Wojciech Rak, the founder of the Rakos company - holding a license of the real estate manager No. 4149. Wojciech Rak was also a member of the subcommittee on property management of the National Qualification Commission established on 19 August 2011 by the Minister of Infrastructure.
Currently we manage several dozens of buildings. They are located mainly in Mokotów district, but also in Bielany, Białołęka, Bemowo, Śródmieście, Ursus and Wilanów districts.
