The Company provides assistance in renting apartments.
In terms of the service there are:
- verification of the technical condition of the apartment,
- finding a tenant,
- preparation of the contract and presence on signing,
- debt collection, legal assistance,
- ad-hoc maintenance and repair works which result from the need to remove effects of a failure and other defects reported by the tenant,
- reception and settling accounts of the premises after the lease.
